Part 3 - Leadership Unveiled: The art of self-reflection

In the mirror of self, let's take a peek,

Ask "why" for the feelings that we often speak.

When joy paints your sky in colors so grand,

Ask why it's there, let gratitude expand.

If anger knocks, a storm in your chest,

Ask why it's visiting, let curiosity invest.

Unveil its roots, where emotions blend,

Understanding the "why," helps wounds mend.

Gaze into memories, the moments that last,

Ask why they linger, in your mind's vast.

Understand the stories from which feelings extend,

Forgive, let go, and let healing ascend.

Behaviours on stage, like scripts they play,

Ask why we act in a certain way.

In the theatre of actions, where motives defend,

The "why" unveils, helping judgments suspend.

In the book of your life, where stories unfold,

Ask why certain patterns take ahold.

Unlock understanding, where compassion befriend,

Forgive, let go, and in freedom transcend.

So, in the quiet spaces where self-reflection starts,

Ask "why" with kindness, explore your heart.

Understanding the "why" is a healing trend,

Forgive, let go, and a peaceful journey you'll attend.
